Amy Rommelspacher is a senior archivist at the Dutch Reformed Church Archives in Stellenbosch and a research fellow in the Visual Arts Department at Stellenbosch University (South Africa). Her research explores themes in women’s history and food history with a focus on interdisciplinarity.
